1. The Project for the AAO BSO named as "Project Bhawan" on the working of AAO BSO has been formally launched by Hon'ble CGDA, Shri Nand Kishore, IDAS on the occasion of the DAD Day on 30th Sept, 2011 at the Auditorium of the CENTRAD, Delhi Cantt in presence of large gathering of Officers and staff of the department.
मुख्यालय कार्यालय, नई दिल्ली के मार्गदर्शन तथा रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रक, गुवाहाटी के श्री पंकज हजारिका, भा.र.ले.से., संयुक्त नियंत्रक के नेतृत्व में एच.टी.एम.एल., पी.एच.पी. एवं एम.वाय.एस.क्यू.एल. का प्रयोग कर सहायक लेखा अधिकारी बी.एस.ओ. के लिए एक परियोजना का विकास किया गया है । मुख्यालय कार्यालय में दिनांक 23 फरवरी 2011 को परियोजना से संबन्धित प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया गया । प्रस्तुतीकरण के पश्चात रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रक गुवाहाटी तथा रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रक (म.क.) लखनऊ के सभी अधीनस्थ स.ले.अ. बी.एस.ओ. कार्यालयों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया ताकि उक्त परियोजना का कार्यान्वयन किया जा सके । उनसे प्राप्त फीडबैक को स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के अनुकूल समाविष्ट किया गया है । भारत के सभी स.ले.अ. बी.एस.ओ. कार्यालयों में उक्त परियोजना का कार्यान्वयन करने के लिए मुख्यालय कार्यालय के निदेशानुसार रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रक गुवाहाटी में दिनांक 18 एवं 19 मई 2011 को एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया । दस (10) रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रकों / रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रकों को आमंत्रित किया गया । परंतु केवल पाँच रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रकों / रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रकों के प्रतिभागियों ने इसमें भाग लिया । जिन रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रकों / रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रकों के प्रतिभागियों ने इस कार्यशाला में भाग लिया वे रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रक (प॰क॰) चंडीगढ़ , रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रक बैंग्लोर, रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रक (द॰क॰) पुणे , रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रक पटना एवं रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रक सिकंदराबाद से है । The Workshop was inaugurated by Hon'ble Addl CGDA, Shri A.K.Chopra, IDAS on 18th May, 2011. In his speech he said it was a pride moment for the CDA Guwahati that organizing an IT related course here for the first time. It is a noticeable change as in every other past occasions, persons from this region go out to either Delhi, Bangalore or Secunderabad to have training, but this time conducting an IT event here and praised the IT efforts of CDA Guwahati. He mentioned that to increase the IT related activity at this end, an IT&SDC has been sanctioned by HQrs office at Guwahati and it is being set up. In his two two-days stay, the Addl CGDA was in constant touch with the workshop, guiding and taking feedback from the team leader, faculties and participants. माननीय अपर र॰ले॰म॰नि॰ श्री ए॰के॰चोपड़ा ,भ॰र॰ले॰से॰ ने दिनांक 18 मई 2011 को इस कार्यशाला का उदघाटन किया । अपने भाषण में उन्होने कहा कि सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी से संबन्धित विषय पर यहाँ पहली बार पाठ्यक्रम का आयोजन करना र॰ले॰नि॰ गुवाहाटी के लिए एक गौरवमय क्षण है । यह एक उल्लेखनीय बदलाव है कि जहां पिछले सभी अवसरों पर इस क्षेत्र से लोग इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण के लिए दिल्ली, बैंग्लोर, सिकंदराबाद जाते थे वही इस बार ऐसे सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी कार्यक्रम का आयोजन यहाँ किया गया । उन्होने रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रक गुवाहाटी के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संबन्धित प्रयासों की सराहना की । उन्होने उल्लेख किया कि इस क्षेत्र में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संबंधी कार्यों में वृद्धि के लिए मुख्यालय कार्यालय द्वारा गुवाहाटी में आई.टी. एवं एस.डी.सी. की मंजूरी दी गई है तथा उसे स्थापित किया जा रहा है । अपने दो-दिन के ठहरने के दौरान अपर महानियंत्रक महोदय मार्गदर्शन तथा टीम अग्रणी, संकाय एवं सहभागियों से फीडबैक लेते हुए कार्यशाला से लगातार संपर्क में बने रहे । An E-Mail account aaobso@gmail.com has exclusively been created on this occasion for the AAO BSO Project and it has been mentioned in the participant's Handbook for Guidance. Queries regarding the project can be put here by the participants and fresh updates/patches of the Project will be supplied to the Pr CsDA / CsDA through this E-Mail account only. इस अवसर पर सहायक लेखा अधिकारी बी.एस.ओ. परियोजना के लिए एक एकांतिक ई-मेल अकाउंट aaobso@gmail.com खोला गया एवं भाग लेने वालों के मार्गदर्शन के लिए दिए गए पुस्तिका में इसका उल्लेख किया गया है । यहाँ पर सहभागियों द्वारा इस परियोजना से संबन्धित पूछताछ किए जा सकते हैं तथा केवल इसी ई-मेल अकाउंट से रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रकों /रक्षा लेखा नियंत्रकों को परियोजना संबंधी नए अद्यतन / संशोधन कार्य की आपूर्ति की जाएगी । Copy of the Project Software, Installation Guidance, WAMP and Mozilla Software has already been placed in the CDA Guwahati Wide Area Network (WAN) Address ftp://10.48.33.2 in the Folder "AAO BSO PROJECT". लेखा नियंत्रक गुवाहाटी के वाइड एरिया नेटवर्क (WAN) के ftp://10.48.33.2 पते पर “सहायक लेखा अधिकारी बी.एस.ओ. परियोजना” फोल्डर में परियोजना सॉफ्टवेयर, मार्गदर्शन हेतु पुस्तिका, डबल्यू.ए.एम.पी. तथा मोज़िला सॉफ्टवेयर की प्रतियाँ अपलोड की गई है । 3. Another Workshop was conducted at RTC Meerut on 18th and 19th August, 2011 for the participants of the left over Pr CsDA / CsDA offices who could not attend the earlier workshop at Guwahati. Shri Pankaj Hazarika, IDAS, Jt CDA was present there on both the days to oversee the training programme. In his interaction with the participants he described the background for taking up the Project by HQrs office and advised the participants to be resource person for their organization to impart further training and implement the Project in their AAO BSO offices.
