Celebration of Communal Harmony Week in CDA Guwahati
with effect from 19th Nov 2009 to 25th Nov 2009 |
The National Foundation of Communal Harmony
(NFCH) has the objective of promoting communal harmony and strengthening
National Integration amongst the people through campaign comprising
cultural programmes, seminars, debates, painting competitions etc.
The National Foundation of Communal Harmony (NFCH) organizes Communal
Harmony Campaign to coincide with the Quami Ekta Week every year which was
observed in the office of the CDA, Guwahati from 19th to 25th Nov, 2009.
On the occasion, "Painting" and "Slogan" competitions were organized. A good
number of candidates participated in these competitions. 1st, 2nd and 3rd
prizes were awarded to Miss Shatabdi Choudhury, Miss Monika Mondal and Miss
Tanu Shree Mondal respectively for "Painting" and to Smt Panna Dey, Shri
Pranjal Kaman respectively for "Slogan" competition. The joint 3rd prize
winners in this category were Miss Simantika K and Shri Aniket Dutta.
Consolation prizes were also given to all other participants as well.
"The National Integration Pledge" was taken by all the Officers / staff on
25th Nov, 2009 at 11:00 AM in front of the office building.
